Game freezes on loading screen

Hey peps.

I just downloaded the map from the -download map- link.
I open the map in "single player - custom game" and start it.
When the loading bar is almost halfway through is freezes.

What could be the problem?

Set graphic to max, also 1920x1080 is recommended resolution.
