Game freezes in loading screen

Hey, I have my texture, lights and everything else on high, my resolution is 1980x1080x32 and a little more then halfway through the loading screen my wc3 freezes. I have tried alot of times, I downloaded the extension and deleted it and both ways it still froze. I dont know how else to fix this issue.
