1. Yes.
2. Save directory? I don't know.
3. You need to make a program that can read processes of wc3. Then figure out which processes denote the values you want to export, then have the program store it into an SQL query, or directly upload it to your site. Assuming your game is online. If not do what the poster below said.

I would suggest getting GHost for the last part.

2. The path you give him I think. It's something like "call saveGameCache("path(from wc3 dir I suppose?)/gamecache.w3n(not sure about the last letter)")"
3. The Gamecache has to have a certain format :/

Try opening it with notepad and check whether you can see a structure.
