This is a difficult map

Fixes
-Phase reset ai of bosses persist through -newgame and possibly more -- FIXED?
-Bosses kill themselves with the .1 dmg projectiles -- FIXED
-parry gives mana but not focus level +1 (fake mana) -- FIXED
-make 3 other spells instant cast -- FIXED
-make slashes lock on enemy when casting properly (frustrating misses) --- waiting on that
-game clock not restarting for the line 3rd phase (infinite phase) -- FIXED

-Stunned (yellow, perfect parried) state - not implemented
-Power Armor (for bosses, resist parried status for a number of parries) -- done
-Perfect parry (the initial 0.1sec of a parry reflects bullets / sets yellow state) -- not implemented
-Quickcast/Smartcast for all spells -- hmm lets sit on this one a bit

-fixed Parry giving the parry buff to nearby allies
-fixed the strap having too much strengh and HP
-fixed bosses being vulnurable during their desperation phase
changes:
-added "-newgame" command for player1(red) (exit the current bossfight and reset the map. use the warp points to warp to different heroes)
-added "-respawn" command for player1(red) (revives all allied wanderers instantly.)
-increased parry window from 0.3 to 0.4 seconds.

-Focus now also increases slash radius
-Added scaling HP on jailers proportional to the ammount of players for difficulty.
-Parrying successfully now gives 1 mana
