Yes deepstraz, I think games can help rise awareness of troubles in the world.
I wouldn't judge anyone who would do something like this, but I personally don't support the idea.
No, this has nothing to do with me believing that no one would actually use those models,
someone might actually do that because something something morale.

There is so much shit going on in this fucked up world, I really don't need to get reminded of
people suffering without having done anything wrong when I am playing games - I am playing
games to get away from that kind of shit.

Shar over and out.

This is an important mission, but a 15 years old game is not the right platform for it, especially not in the form of reskinning some models.

If you want to help, do a fundraiser via some sort of (social) media platform; Youtube, Twitter, Facebook. You can also volunteer or donate directly to one of the numerous research funds. Each of these is bound to yield a higher return on the effort you make.

EDIT: Or pick a newer game, with a much larger audience.

I could make a nipple in blender, but I can't make those awesome stuff, just primitive shapes melded together and I can't UV map anything haha :D Good luck on your quest though.

EDIT: I meant welded, not melded. Argh.

I thought people in all developed countries were well aware of breast cancer by now. It would be like raising awareness about cars, or escalators, or dogs.

Maybe I was just thinking of how Hive users could get more involved in the real world, and that some Hive users probably do care even if they don't show it here.
