this is like my 2nd skin using gimp, but i want full jugment ,its basically a frost master , and plz tell me wat is properly meant by cnp, sry for the small picture not sure how to do this.....

You need to work on your shading alot more and possibly add more than just simple colour draw overs, possibly make the guy covered in fur or tribal tattoos to make him more interesting. As said, just work on your shading and try to add more than just simple colour changes. And dw, im not attacking you, just trying to help you improve.

ok taking in all advice (werwulfs) ive spwaned somthin differnt .....its not called frozen master but now......dragon/orgre thing

Nah wulf I think the shading is fine. Or at least it looks fine in game.

Just an attempt to point you in a better direction
I'll give you an example for some scales. Mine are smaller than yours, though, and mine are probably too small :p

Start with a base color
attachment.php

Add in the shading
attachment.php

Make a sketch of the scales
attachment.php

Add in highlights and darken the top and lower edges
attachment.php
