Frost Breath Slow

Hello, the Frost Wyrm unit is using a hidden passive ability named Frost Breath, does anyone know how much it slows and how to change the values? if its even possible

I made a quick search but didnt seem to find anything that answered this question

It's found in the Gameplay Constants, I forget the exact name but you should find it near the bottom.

Thank you Uncle, i suppose you mean Spells - Frost movement speed reduction and Spells - Frost attack speed reduction =)

I believe the default values are -20% attack speed and -30% movement speed. If these two fields have these values then yes.
