Frost Attack

I'm trying to give an item an ability like the one with orb of frost but wasn't able to figure out which other skill would have the same effect (doesn't have to enable Attack 2). The reason for not using orb of frost ability is because it doesn't stack with any other orb abilities. I tried using the Frost Attack from the UD tower but it doesn't work. I even try the Freezing Breath of the frost wyrm to see if i can freeze units after edit the target types but wasn't successfull. I'm trying to get this to work on both melee attacks and ranged attacks, any ideas are helpful. Thanks.

Slow poison? Change buff, obviously.

Alternatively, you could just have a 0 damage dummy frost nova cast on every unit attacked by units with the item.

Slow poison wont stack even if the buffs are diff. To use those abilities on items u need to put them in an orb abil.

dummies+damage detection are your best answer.
