Friendly Fire turned off.. how?

Hey guys.

Need to know how i make it impossible to attack friendly units, and also i have a blizzard spell that is causing damage to me, friendly and enemy.
I made it impossible to damage me, through marking "not self" selection in the "Targets Allowed".

So, how do i turn off friendly fire?
How can i make my blizzard to only damage enemies?

• Events
• Unit - A unit is attacked
• Conditions
• UnitIsAlly(TriggerUnit() , OwningPlayer of(AttackingUnit) = true
• Actions
• Unit - IssueImmidiateOrder(Stop , AttackingUnit)

Friendly Fire OFF

• No Ally attack
  • Events
    • Unit - A unit Is attacked
  • Conditions
    • ((Owner of (Attacked unit)) is an ally of (Owner of (Attacking unit))) Equal to True
  • Actions
    • Unit - Order (Attacking unit) to Stop

For Blizzard: Set the targets allowed ONLY to:
- Debris, Enemy, Ground, Neutral

Its a Boolean Comparison.

Click "New Condition", then the first thing you will see is "(Triggering unit) is A structure", click on this text and hit the "P" button 3 times, there you go.
