How could i get a new fresh skin for editing ?

I dont want to download a skin uploaded on hive and edit it. I want to edit a original skin from Blizzard. Example: I open a program and get a Arthas skin and edit it. Get it know ?

You go into the viewer, export the skin, and open it in some photo-program.

Edit: When i save the skin(Rock) the file size is 0kb and i dont know what is the path?
