nice work and nice idea for a first model, but you should improve it.
the worst thing is that the animations are a bit weird. he dissappears for a second in spell animation. "stand ready" and some other animations show like he was holding some twohanded weapon (like the model you made it from).
although it isnt important imho you could add one more poly on each of the horns. from face to face look, there is a piece missing. i hope you understand what i tryed to say.

Remove the chaos grunt texture...and those multiple materials...
