Forest Fires

For 2 - 10 players who like lurking in the shadows and throwing fire at people.

Gameplay is in a dark arena with scattered torches. Players cannot be seen unless near a light source, which is a torch, a fireball, or some fire. Playes throw fireballs at each-other, which leaves fire on the ground and illuminates the player and enemies.

The game is complete unless bugs are found; it was a 2-day project done on a whim. Unlimited rounds; so set your own limit before starting. Tiny filesize, easily learned and enjoyed. Good for wasting time between other games.

This is a clearing in the forest; so that you can kill each other without harming nature.

Short review:

+ well done map, darkness/fire stuff done pretty nice and new
+ easy to understand, funny to play, good between other games

X terrain could be improved (small hills, trees, cliffs, etc...) to add more thrill
X i would make the map smaller and a multiboard (at least with death showing)
X fires last a bit long
X throwing range should not be pre-defined

- when you press F10/F12 the shadows disappear

Overall:
4/5 for a funny, short map
