Fly ability

Hey, is there an ability that makes it so the target being cast on can fly? I don't wanna make it for my hero, I wanna give it to a dummy caster but I need the spell that my hero's casting to make the person fly.

Ability - Add Crow form to (target unit of ability being cast)
Ability - Remove Crow form from (target unit of ability being cast)
Animation - Change (target unit of ability being cast) to 280 at 140
