Floating obelisk

Hello, can someone please make me a simple model of a floating obelisk with some energy-thing on top? must include a death animation (maybe a slight up-and-down hovering anim too), i need to use it as a tower.

Nothing fancy, an edit of the generic gray-concrete obelisk found in the cityscape tileset would be enough, but the sunken ruins one would also be suitable as my map uses both tilesets.

EDIT: forgot to mention i intend to use it as a 0 collision tower, i will place it on a tight spot where units walk, so it can't have a "base" or "stand" of sorts, just the floating obelisk with nothing below
