Obelisk of Light

If someone would make a Command and Conquer "Obelisk of Light" model for me, that would be awesome. Obviously, it doesn't have to be done, but it would really help me out for my map that I'm making right now. Thanks!

Dont be confused, I showed pictures of the obelisk from all three generations. You can pick any of them (They are all cool) to do, but it would be great if the asker told us from what sereis he wanted it (Dawn, Tiberium Sun, Tiberium Wars). I think the last picture is the best because it shows the most.... yeah... FYI, when it gets ready to attack, the tip gets all red, then it shoots out a laser. That is required that you make the tip get all red and fire.

I would prefer if someone could make the C&C3 Obelisk since IMO it looks the best, but if not then the Tiberian Dawn Obelisk would be the next best thing (I don't like TibSun's Obelisk, looks corny to me). As Chaos Overlord said, the tip really needs to light up when it attacks, but making a laser projectile isn't necessary since I can just use the Finger of Death lightning effect to do the same thing. Also, thx @ Chaos Overlord for supplying the pictures and movies! Oh, by the way, I checked Illidan's uploaded models and didn't see an Obelisk, which is why I was asking.

Yeah but in zt2211's map, he has an obelisk model that in the credits he has credited to Illidan. He must have only released it after being asked specifically, which is whay you are going to have to do. PM and talk. This is the map that has the model I believe http://www.epicwar.com/maps/20804/

I could ....take the model out of the map, but I don't know if Illidan would appreciate that. He may not want it out on the web.

I don't like how it has a large base and also there is a spike sticking out the opposite direction from the tip that looks really dumb as well. On the plus side though I do like the little light thingy that moves back and forth on the bottom.

I like the new one. It is sleek, yet is completely uber. Does anyone know where screenshots go when you take them in C&C3? I took a few screens of the new Obelisk for you but I can't find them so I can't show them.

I checked out the Obelisk in the map that you posted here Chaos, and I must say, I was hoping for a more, well, "Obelisky" Obelisk. It was just a reskinned decorative Wc3 Obelisk with a transparent top. No offense to Illidan (he's better at making that stuff than I am for sure), but I'm kinda looking for a more true-to-form Obelisk of Light. If anyone is up for making one, that is.

Does anyone know where screenshots go when you take them in C&C3?

Yeah, I just found out where they go. If you go to My Documents, there is a folder called Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars. Inside it, there is a folder called Screenshots. To take multiple screenshots while in-game, just hit the F12 button whenever you want to take a screenshot (sure beats alt-F4ing all the time to paste in paint).

Illidan included the C&C1 Obelisk of Light in the download in this post. It's not the C&C3 obelisk, though you might find it to be a suitable substitute until someone makes the cool C&C3 version :coolgrunt:
