Wow.... what an idea..... Never thought of a Floating fountain! Although it totally seems awesome and original, I wouldn't think that it'd be that usefull ingame. I'd use it but probably not as a fountain but as a ward or debris. Anyways, good job 
and hope too see many upcoming models soon to be made by you. Hopefully they will be more relevant and much cooler coz this one, although original, is not really marketable (IN MY OPINION, NOT ANYBODY ELSE'S SO DONT BOTHER COMPLAINING OF HOW WRONG I AM!) because no one has really ever seen a floating fountain in WC3. The closest thing I could ever compare with this is a Healing Ward. Overall, I give you a 4.76598765798714152389 out of 5 cause it's very original and very cool! +rep!
