First person movement

I want to make a first person rpg, but I don't know
1) if it's possible with the W 3 engine
2) how to make that first person view... You should be able to change the camera view, and when you move your unit the camera should be following your unit in a smooth way (but! if it's possible the camera shouldn't be locked so you can move the camera without having to move your unit
