3rd person view with rotation views?

Does anyone know how to do a third person view that can rotate the camera around by just clicking the up, left, right, down arrow?

I have a third person camera trigger but sometimes when the unit is near an object which is behind you and your looking forward not facing the object but the other way, the object tends to be blocking your view..
