Good First Person Camera

I'm trying to make a lagless first person camera but it doesn't seem to be working. The camera doesn't lock onto the unit for some reason, even though it used to when I first used it, and my unit can't walk anywhere except the way he is facing. I'me using a first person system that I found on Hive. Can anyone help me out? +rep for anyone that can.
