Yes, I believe someone did already make one and upload it to the Models section. Oh well, it was fun.
Also, bit of a tangent: I've followed like 3 different tutorials on this site (I can't remember which one actually describes the correct method) for converting and importing the texture assets into the wc3 client and my results are so inconsistent and failure prone I've basically given up getting it into the game.
