Firelord/Volcanus Fix

Both units are drastically improved from their original selves (especially Volcanus)

Changes:
-Added a normal map under the lava.
-Fixed Volcanus' TC.
-Added extra fire SFX.
-Added swirling molten rocks on their bases.
-Fixed some stuff going on with their anims and visibilities (especially on Volcanus).

To use:
Change the path of Volcanus ORM to "Units\Creeps\Volcanus\Volcanus_Main_ORM.dds" or substitute it in your local folder.

also who the fuck is volcanus? does he exist in WC3? or is just some WOW crap? tried looking for him in WE and didn't find it.
Probably a supposed unique Fire Lord Hero unit for one of the campaign's chapters, most likely somewhere in the Blood Elf & Naga campaign. It's a hidden model in the game, and the original model has no popcornFX or fire effect on him.
 
Also, @Mr Ogre man, could you fix the death and dissipate of Volcanus? The original Fire Lord has his armour and horns left and then ascends when dissipating, but Volcanus' version only has a ball floating upwards.
