Hawkwing: Alright, well, I don't see this ever being approved. Just keep practicing.

Still a long way to goooo, 'though it's much improved.

The cape has no folds whatsoever, and looks vaguely like quilt. Also, the shading is coming from one direction, whereas in reality it should be lit from the top. The insignia on the cloak should also be affected by both folds and lighting. If you're really desperate and/or lazy, just copy the insignia onto a separate layer above the cloak, and set the blend mode to overlay (or hard/soft light ... whichever one works out).

Also, you have to really tighten up the colouring here. It's still rather messy and blurry. A smart sharpen should help a bit, but if you work at higher resolutions it should turn out all right.

The hair ... is a bit of a mess. Should all go in the same direction, and have both highlights and shadows. Your hair just looks like a mass of red curly things.
