Fire/Ice Palace

I am making a map where I need a Ice Palace and an Fire palace. The Fire palace should have flames and stuff like:
palace-of-westminster-on-fire-1834-unknown-artist.jpg

well without the people on the boats...
and the ice, well something icy something like that.

If anybody would make something like that I would be realy grateful.:gg:
