I think they are from WoW Oziris.
The bushes also look like theyre from WoW.

No, they aren't from WoW. He wrote in the thread that it was a screenshot from a new modelpack he made, but it seems like he never released it.

Those sure looks like Elwynn trees to me. We have a bunch of those trees on Warcraft Underground. I won't link here as it is considered advertising I suppose. I'll post the link in your profile if you're interested.
