The theme was executed really well. The techniques used was also an addition. Although it needs have more robotic details. The teeth was a small, but it doesn't matter. Overall, the skin is shaded well and has a unique charm to it. I don't understand what is that thing over his forehead. The skin itself, to be honest, needs highlights for it to properly standout.

You can still update this. If you do, I'll review it again and I might change the rating. Given 4/5, even tho you didn't worked more on this.

I've investigated this texture in WC3 viewer and I got to admit, that I see your points about the shading. The parts have rarely any correlation to each other at this point, while each part for itself, I have to say in my defense, is shaded nearly correct since laquered metals' only texture is light and shadow and the occasional lensglow on darker shiny parts.

The glowing tubes I'll try to put into fitting positions and if all else fails move to the rump or the top, since the legs' texture parts mirror and are used twice, which adds to the weirdness of their appearance.

That's why I can't see the texture really is. Dammit phone image quality. On the other hand, yes, the texture do really need more shading and highlights. Shade with darker colors to get better result.Mouth could also be edited to make it look more natural. It kinda looks that it doesn't have any 'artificial teeth' or whatsoever.

I through it was a Transformer skin at first when I saw the picture, but it is a good skin.

That would possibly blur the contrast between the
[white -> light grey]TOP ---> [light grey -> medium-gray]MIDDLE ---> [medium grey -> dark grey]BOTTOM parts of the texture.
It is not all one shade of grey with different light levels, its rather white,grey,dark grey with a few color highlights.

Looks much better. But indeed it needs more highlights. Mouth needs more a little work, as it looks like it doesn't have a teeth like an old guy/lady.

I've added teeth and slits in the lower jaw at the positions they sink into the model.

I won't be adding any highlights though, since I don't believe that metal HAS to be shiny to be recognized as metal.
Of course that rule does NOT apply if the overall style of the skin would be medieval or steampunk. Those two styles won't work without shiny metal.
