Fatal Error during gameplay (attached)

We having this fatal error during leveling at dungeon 3, which fighting revenant from the left side of Andrazzar.

I'm reporting this , hope someone can tell us what cause this error.

I had encountered the same error, and I don't think it is caused by certain quests. Anyway, the reason for this error is entirely unknown to me, so I hope to find answers to this also.

playing the map with version 1.24 is not officially supported by me. Upgrade the game to the latest version and find out if the problem persists. I can't help you otherwise as the source of the error might be because of the outdated version.
