FAT PRINCESS
This map is based of 'Fat Princess' from the creators at Titan Studios.
Gameplay
Fat Princess is a fast paced team battle game, it consists of two sides called Red and Blue, the main style of gameplay is called 'Rescue the Princess' the goal is to try to battle your way through the battleground into your enemies castle by means of siege equipement that your team constructed or trying to break down thier gate. Each team can find pieces of the cursed Black Forest cake around the battleground and feed it to the the other teams princess in your castles dungeon to make her fatter, forcing her to be carried much slower. There are also other version that will either be contained in a different game modes. Another games mode is Jail Break, the goal is to capture jails scattered around the battlefield, this will add tickets to your teams 'lives', each time a player dies one ticket will be taken away from your teams total tickets. The final mode that will be included is 'Siege', where each team must carry a giant bomb made by thier castles enginners and bring it towards the enemies castle to blow up thier base, each team must do that three times to win the game. For every game, players must vote if they want to have the 'Dilapidated' to be on or not, if it is on everyone must choose the worker class to harvest resouces to build other class machines.
Classes
At the start of each game, the player along with AI players must choose a class from they many class machines or 'Hat Machines'. When a Hat machine is upgraded the upgraded class can go back and forth between the normal sub-class or the upgraded sub-class (ie, priest-dark priest or dark priest-priest) these classes include the...
Civilian
This is the most basic unit, everyone is the civilian once they spawn or respawn, it has a very small attack, but can stun units with its slap ability. It cannot be upgraded, and has not hat machine.
Worker
The worker unit is the most important unit, its main purpose is to gather wood and ore to upgrade machines, build castle catapults or even construct mighty machines of war! It can be upgraded to give it a deadly bomb attack.
Warrior
The is the main tank and fighting unit of a castles army, this class can has the most hitpoints and can take a serious amount of pain, it has the ability to lock on to units and raise its shield while following its target. It can be upgraded to give it a deadly polearm, decimating the battlefield with its charge ability.
Ranger
The ranger is one of many support units, but its has the highest damage of all classes, excluding the warriors polearm. The ranger carries a standard cross bow, his attack can be charged giving it a magical effect to deal triple damage. The ranger can be upgraded to turn in its crossbow for exchange to a Blunderbuss, they blunderbuss is a attack that shoots more than one bullet, once charged the blunderbuss will send out a volley of bullets doing double damage to anyone in its way!
Wizard
The Wizard is another support class that does area of effect attacks along with either movement impairing or damage over time attacks. The wizard is a neccesity against hard hitting opponets like the warrior. The wizard is frail and should be supported by a wall of rangers or warriors. The wizard can be upgraded to be turned into a mage, giving it a frost attack slowing the victim in a tomb of ice.
Priest
The Priest is an armies healer class, it can charge its attack to do an area of effect heal, heal one player with a healing bolt or give a holy veil surrounding a unit from incoming attacks. The priest can be upgraded to a dark priest that can steal life from a player or do an area of effect attack slowing units around the dark priest.
Looking For
-A modeler to create the models for each of the classes and the hat machines
-A scripter to create scripts like (AI waypoints and such, respawning of playes ai and enviroment, addition of Music and sound effects...)
-An Artist to create icons and even a UI.
that is all we need so far, the game is in its early stages, credit will be given for supporters!
