I'm trying to figure out how to create an ability where the Peon can transform into a Chaos Peon, increasing it's harvesting/construction speed and damage. I wanted the new Peon unit to have an increased attack rate while attacking trees, but using Chemical Rage or Robo-Goblin preserves some of the unit's properties.
I wanted the player to be able to hop back and forth between the two types, the Chaos Peon losing health as time goes on.
Another issue is that changing the Peon when he's attacking a tree, or in the Gold Mine stops him from attacking all together or puts him back outside the Gold Mine, in which case he needs to re-enter the Gold Mine to fix the glitch.
I've tried making both of the Peons dependent on each other using dependency equivalent, but that didn't help.
Anyone got any ideas on how to fix these problems?
