if you increase the animation speed, it will look like running, if i recall the zombie takes big steps anyways

In hive isn't nary Zombie model with unique animations and model...

I need good looking zombie model too.

it's really simple... download it, open it and select the one who will be getting the animations and the unit it's getting it from, then click transfer. then you're done.

please make this new zombie more horror than the warcraft one.
Also try to add a good death animation, maybe like dranei or somethnig
