I wrote a little something, if anyone's interested 
Fast Backwards
As I find myself out on the street,
Among people drum rolling their feet,
I find myself distant, I find myself lost.
They move forward, fast forward,
Never halting, out of time, no pause.
Stop.
Look up. Look at the world we've created,
With our absence, our needs, our hatred.
We live as if we live for only tomorrow.
We live as if yesterday is far away.
We live to live in the now, carpe diem,
wow.
