Fan of Knives has this DataD value called Maximum Speed Adjustment.

It seems to be adjusting the maximum speed of the Fan of Knives, but in which manner exactly it does that? Like percentile or direct increase or something else

Seems like direct increase, maybe it's the minimum value of speed between missiles, long and short travelling alike.

Its sounds like this, but in order to check, need to place "area of effect = 10000" and place normal speed to 300, and max with 2000, and see if they differ.
