[SD/Texturing] Fairly simple texture request

Could someone create a teamcolored (i.e. with alpha) texture that resembles the runes on the WC2 orc fortress? The ones on the left tower as well as the ones on the right tower.

Will give credit, of course, and thanks in advance!

There's a good chance I'm missing something, but all of these seem to be using custom textures. I don't see anything that I could reuse.
