Factions... Is It Any Good?

I have heard from many people that factions was not worth getting. I was just wondering if anyone had reviews for it...

My friend said that you should only get it if you have completely explored Tyria...

If you like to PVP, the new skills might be worth getting. Alliance battles are fun too. Lots of new items for farmers as well.

As for me, the MAIN reason why I got Factions was for the Black Moa Bird... lol. I grinded through all the missions and quests for 7-10 hours up until I got to the place to cap it for my ranger in one day. It's a sweet bird lol.

I think the plotline isn't as good as Prophecies and the voice acting/dubbing sucks but the expansion overall is worth getting I guess. I say this because life in Tyria was getting a little boring when all I had left to do was farm... lol

played the game for a few hours. My fist impression wasen't to good I'm afraid. And I'm not comparing to Guild Wars. The fact that you cant jump without typing commands blows. and you can't go outside cliffs = Blows. And I basicly found the game boring rigth on. but then a turning point. I joined a guild, got they're cape and went to they're guild hall. and then they helped me lvl up. A few hours later Im sitting here. Adicted to the game

Factions is a thumbs up in my book.

I love it 4 all the new things, and the new city like enviroment.
Its my second favorite,phrofecies being my first.
