Remove it and create a new unit facing the proper angle.
Modify the model to make the whole thing a head bone, then use the 'lock unit facing' GUI action to lock it on another unit, then move that unit to wherever it should face. This breaks normal facing until the unit head bone is unlocked.
Set MS to 0 and give it "none" type movement. This unit doesn't turn instantly, but it also doesn't need to turn to attack or cast spells (probably only useful for dummy units to instantly cast).
