F.L.E.I.J.A. Warhead

Pls. somebody create a FLEIJA warhead. If you can make the missile small like any other missiles but make the explosion very large. I want the explosion to cover an AoE of 900-1600. Pls. Code Geass Fans! Make one! I will give additional reputation to those who can create this.
