Europe Terrain/ Unprotected Risk Map

I'm looking for a blank Europe terrain for a possible map, just the shape of the continent nothing else.

I know its a lot to ask but I hope someone could at least point to deprotected risk map because that would be perfect.

No, he just ask for a blank europe map, not an special map. So, it could be any europe map, and he problaby meant an template.
