There should be a BTN in front of them both.
It doesn't matter what the names are as long as there is a ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtons in front of it.

And the icons should be named BTNKiss.blp and DISBTNKiss.blp instead.

And the path for the disabled icon (DISBTN) should be ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtonsDisabled. It must have "Disabled" in it - or so I've been told.

It doesnt necessarily have to be named either one of those. That's only if one of them is darkened. The icons you have may be two ability icons. If they both have a border, you may need the darkened icons, also known as disabled buttons. If you have an icon with a border, and a darkened one without a border, then the icon with a border should be a BTN and the darkened one should be a DISBTN.
