Apparently it only happens in LAN for some reason. Battlenet? Doesn't desync. We don't know if Blizzard's gonna consider this seriously at all now, despite the impact on the mapmaking workflow and testing.Hi, I need your help to test two desync test maps. No wizardry skills required, time: 5-20 minutes.
Since this is about desyncs, you'll need to run two game windows (or two PCs in LAN). How to launch the game twice locally:
1. Launch client A (logged in)
2. Log out from client A (or go to next step)
3. Launch client B (logged in)
4. Host lobby with Client A (not logged in)
5. Join lobby with Client B (logged in)
Reforged multi-windows test
Reforged has any options to test the map in multiple windows, or are you guys just still enjoying the culinary masterpieces from Blizzard? LAN not working.www.hiveworkshop.com
TLDR: The hosting player must be offline, the joining player logged in.

This map cannot be loaded in PTR 2.0.3.23052 due to a bug (maps created in retail 2.0.3 cannot be loaded in 23052)
What to do:
You can observe the AI player for when it starts building a farm.Join yourself in LAN, start game. Wait approx 15-20s when the AI player is 30% towards finishing the farm. It should desync then.
Otherwise wait another minute and restart.
If it desynced on first try: success, report here. If it didn't desync, rehost the lobby and try again (up to 3 tries total).
Map 2: Desync in Lua with Timer and Melee Victory/Defeat Condition

What to do:
Like above, test in LAN. Just wait ~20 seconds. It should desync at 15-16s game time.If desynced: success, report it. If did not desync: retry up to 3 tries.
Host will immediately win, if player 2 desynced.
In your reply, please include:
- Windows version: Win+R then run "winver.exe" or Start -> start typing "About"
- Game language (aka Locale): if in doubt, go to Battlenet App, next to "Play" click on ⚙ Gear icon -> Game Settings -> Text/Spoken Language.
- Warcraft 3 version - Testing both is not required, it should be desyncing in both currently.
- release aka retail: 2.0.3.22988 as of writing
- PTR: include full version number with build, 2.0.3.23052 as of writing.
