We don't care how old is the map nor if it's your first upload. You need to abide the rules of the Hive. You need a proper description of the map telling us how to play, game modes, heroes, items, screenshots, credits, brief background of map, etc. Here's a list of BB Codes to help you. Please explain why the author name is different to the uploader. This map will not be approved in its current state.

Sorry, rules are same fro everyone, so it doesn't matter it's your first map. Okay, for now I won't report it and will wait some time for you to immprove the map and description, if you won't take any actions soon I'll report the map for mods to reject it.
