I think you need some practice with rock formations. e.g. scaling, not showing the ugly sides, and making them fit together better. It's usually nice if the rock to rock transition is seamless when you're doing mountains.
Oh and when you're using a skybox, make sure you don't put the camera so it shows the edge of it. Or you'll get that nasty line that splits the sky in two (as you can see to the right).
The floating rocks are a bit of a mystery, I'm not sure what your intention was there.
Best thing here is the waves. It actually looks pretty cool.
