Elevation problem

I have problem with elevation

#2 can see #1
but
#1 can't see #2
How can i set that they can see eachother?

Do you want it to be temporary or compulsory. If it's temporary, use visibility enhancers. I can't help much from there as I have never used one before. If it's permanent, I think there is a game setting for that.
