Editor is broke :/

Hello everyone,

I have a issue since latest patch, I can't save any maps anymore since my editor is broken...

I think it is linked to the notifications i see when I launch editor (Chaîne Manquante = Missing chain in french)

Anyone knows how to fix this ?
If not, is there a way to reinstall the editor ?

The errors in the screenshot are likely nothing to do with your problem.

What error is thrown when trying to save the map?

Seems like an invalid wc3 install.

Or you are using an editor which does not support the latest patch such as JNGP or WEU.
Try switching to WEX in that case.

I'm having troubles too when saving. May be related?

I use SharpCraft and WordEditor 1.29. Win10.

I reinstalled everything and I get the same problem every time. Any ideas?

Looks like a script error with the map in the trigger named Globals, a missing "InitTrig_Globals" functions declaration. Make sure vJASS or whatever you use is turned on and the default syntax check is turned off.

new laptop with win10, warcraft3 1.29 new install from blizz, sharpcraft and all dependencies installed from official site.
When I try to save my map I get a lot of error messages, as if it doesn't understand libraries, globals, etc.
The map works fine, can be played and I used to edit it in my old computer just fine, where I had 1.27v.

Otherwise.. try running the program as administrator I guess.

Update your addresses.xml file in the WEX folder. You can find an updated one here: SharpCraft World Editor Extended Bundle.

Sorry I didn't get notified of your answers...
Here is what I get when i try to save the map :

Note that I never had that issue before patch 1.29 and I didn't add anything new to the map.
The errors goes down to line 31K so basicly all triggers of the map are considered dead.

I had no issue while updating nor before updating, the editor was working well with Sharpcraft that I got from here : SharpCraft World Editor Extended Bundle

It fixed it by allowing JASSHelper, or whatever third party JASS compiler is being used, to work.

Editor is broke :/
