Editing Save Game Files

Hello, I've recently been in a game with my clan, but I lagged out at some point. All the players remaining saved the game and then left.
One of them sent me their save game file but then only one of us 2 can join the loaded game because we both are set to the same slot.
Is there a way to edit the save game file so I can set mine to the slot which I am supposed to be?

No because the game was saved after you left so you no longer exist in the save. You need to load a save made before you left. Also many WarCraft III maps do not support saving due to various save bugs and will possibly behave very broken.
