I'm interested too, is there an inbuilt "Quest Menu" or do I have to work dialogs and whatnot to give information to players.?

You can use Create Tip to create short messages that the player can view in the help menu. However, you could also use the Show Game Menu Dialog Item and the Set Game Menu Dialog Item actions to create a new button in the ingame menu, which a player could then click to bring up an informative dialog.
