theGIMP is an OK skinning program, but are you sure you don't have any Photoshop or Paintshop program? Mostly computers come with such programs, if you didn't build your own PC that is.. Like I did.. I had to buy Adobe for about.. Hmm.. lemme see -> 800 NOK (1 NOK = 8€) meaning it would cost you 100€, I guess € and $ are quite the same worth.
