Hey everyone,

I've been looking for free software to modify skins for the longest time, and I was googling around last night when I found a program called Paint.NET. If you want to check it out, just go to google and type in Paint.NET.

I tested it out last night - there doesn't appear to be any spyware rubbish on it, and I successfully created my first custom skin. The program is freeware, so it won't cost anyone a shilling.

Another thing - I'm not a bot trying to scam anyone. I seriously downloaded this thing, installed it, and I can open and edit multi-layered .TGA files now with no problem.

Best,

TE
