Edit a model but...help (Solved)

Hello.
I was editing this Heal Orange model to this Heal Red, the problem is that it looked good in the model editor when I saved and again opened the model editor ... it looked completely different from the one I edited. Do you know what my mistake was?.

PS: Novice style edition...
