Eclipse

Had this idea while trying to find inspiration for the contest, a solar eclipse over a calm beach.

UPDATED!

First picture is the terrain with a dark blue fog, second one has a light blue fog, can't decide which looks better.

my suggestion:
give the camera a bigger Z value and make it so that it shows more of the sky!
make the distance between the foreground and the background larger and maybe use the stormsphere so that the fog blends in more with the sky to give it an eery going into the unknown type feeling and make the stars smaller and a bit variated in dimension
idk what to say about the eclipse itself since i newer done one myself but its kinda bright!
and use the water plane doodad instead of blizzard water
 
ROFL i love Oziris' picture. +Rep to him for that.
I think the terrain is good, somtimes simple is better.
But really Oziris seems spot on, only thing i would add to that is the stars look funny maybe add more up near top of screen and clouds might look good.
