yes, its against the rules, but it look nice. Will download it. I hope he improved the discription. Its pitty, when it get rejected becouz his.

My Suggestions

-Add other tilesets to the existing one like desert and ice. Its is funnier, when norway, greece etc. have frozen lands.
-Colour your portals
-Make more clifflevels
-And btw, where the hell is germany? I also missed some parts of earth and other parts are not really correctly.
