I dunno, if you know EA (edien arena) from the e'tk! (edien.tk) development! But I just read the annouce for the new version!

I find it kind of pointless when people announce the release of their map in the map forum...since everyone can see clearly for themselves that it was released the next time they look in the map archive.

I find it obnoxious when people make whole topics just to announce new versions of their map, for largely the same reason, but also that since new versions of many maps come out every weekend, and new versions are often no big deal, it gets a bit annoying.

But now doing this just to announce there will be a new version? C'mon...
